No. BrothersTribe is built for ordinary men — entrepreneurs, professionals, expats, dads — not for those already deep in personal development culture. You don't need any prior experience with therapy, meditation, or men's work. A genuine willingness to be honest and to listen is all that's required.

A circle is a structured 90-minute online session with 6–8 men. It opens with a check-in where each man shares briefly how he's arriving — what's on his mind, in his body, in his life. From there, the facilitator guides the group through a theme or deeper sharing process. There's no advice-giving, no fixing, no problem-solving. Just honest listening and presence. It closes with a check-out and group acknowledgements.

All circles are scheduled with SE Asia in mind. Current slots include Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm ICT (Bangkok/Chiang Mai), Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm WITA (Bali), and Sunday mornings at 9am SGT (Singapore). We're expanding the schedule as membership grows.

Both. Our community includes expats from many countries as well as local Thai, Indonesian, Singaporean, and Malaysian men. Circles are conducted in English. If there's demand for circles in other languages, we'll work toward that. What matters is a genuine desire to grow — not passport colour.

Support groups are typically organised around a shared problem or diagnosis. BrothersTribe circles are for men who are fundamentally well but want to go deeper — to live with more intention, build better relationships, develop emotional range, and connect with other men who take their growth seriously. It's forward-facing and aspirational, not deficit-based.

Life happens — that's understood. There's no penalty for missing a session. That said, the men who get the most from membership are those who commit to showing up consistently. We recommend treating your circle like any other important appointment. If your schedule is highly irregular, reach out and we'll help you find the right fit.

Our retreats are experiential and emotionally substantive — they're not corporate team-building days. There will be moments of depth and challenge. But they're grounded, well-facilitated, and designed for men who aren't already steeped in retreat culture. You won't be asked to do anything that doesn't make sense to you. Clear expectations are set before you arrive.

The training is for men who feel called to hold space for others — whether to run their own circles, integrate this into a coaching or leadership role, or deepen their own practice. You need to have been a member for at least 3 months before applying. If you're unsure, book a call with one of our senior facilitators first.

Yes. Brother and Elder memberships are month-to-month and can be cancelled any time from your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we do offer a genuine free trial circle before you commit to anything.

Confidentiality is one of the core agreements in every circle. What's shared in the circle stays in the circle. Members agree to this explicitly when they join, and it's reinforced at the start of every session by the facilitator. We take this seriously — it's what makes real honesty possible.
